Eiffel Tower OR Covered Passage Jouffroy Watercolor Painting Workshops
Wednesdays in 2016
For those who want to discover Paris through artistic eyes! Our art expert guide will escort you and advise you in the realization of your personal postcard of Paris.
Starting from our office in the 7th district of Paris, we will walk to find the best spot to paint a watercolor of the famous Parisian Covered Passage Jouffroy. Since it was built in 1836, Passage Jouffroy has been one of the most visited covered arcades in the capital. Situated on the Grands Boulevards and in the continuation of the Passage des Panoramas, it owes its charm to its beautiful iron and glass architecture (the ogive glass roof immediately catches the eye) and its marble paving, renovated in 1987.
Or choose the emblematic Eiffel Tower! The choice will depend on weather conditions on the day of the workshop (in this case we will use different material as a visual support – photos, postcards, drawings).
All you need to create your own postcard – pencils, colors, paper – will be provided to you.
During the 3 hours, your art expert guide will help you produce your first Parisian watercolor – an everlasting memory of an unforgettable place. Even if this first artwork piece isn’t your masterpiece, it can be the start of a new way of travelling. Stop rushing, start looking!
